Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Products that are used, opened, damaged due to misuse, or not in original condition are not eligible for return. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are also non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images or video for verification.
